The New York State Restaurant Association is an association of members, for members and by members. Since 1935, the New York State Restaurant Association (NYSRA) has served as the voice of the foodservice industry and has grown to represent over 7,000 restaurants from Montauk to Buffalo. The organization is active in legislative and regulatory affairs as well as in developing programs to help reduce costs and meet the increasing needs of its members.

The Wisconsin Restaurant Association (WRA) has been incorporated as a not-for-profit trade association since 1933.
